Acting Interior Minister Sirajuddin Haqqani says the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA) desires relations with nations worldwide which are
not opposed to Islamic concepts and Sharia law.Speaking at an occasion on Monday in Khost province, Haqqani stressed that the IEA was not
against interaction with the world but that it was against colonialism.Haqqani mentioned that the IEA will not allow anybody to break the
