operations carried out last night (20) by officers of the Special Operations Command of the Police Special Task Force (STF).During the time
39, who are residents of Maligawatte and Kadawatha areas, have been handed over to the Police Narcotics Bureau (PNB).Police investigations
have uncovered that the arrested suspects are close associates of a major notorious underworld criminal figure and large-scale drug
trafficker who is currently hiding in Dubai.Police Narcotics Bureau is conducting further investigation in to the incident.
