The Government of Sri Lanka says that discussions connected to the third review under the Extended Fund Facility of the International
Monetary Fund (IMF) program were effectively concluded today (22 )
The conference, held at the Presidential Secretariat, was participated in by a delegation representing the IMF, led by Senior Mission Chief
Peter Breuer, the Presidents Media Division (PMD) said.Representing the Sri Lankan federal government, the delegation was headed by Deputy
Minister of Economic Development, Professor Anil Jayantha Fernando.Accordingly, the conversations in between the IMF and the Government of
Sri Lanka referring to the third review were effectively concluded, the declaration said.
