[Sri Lanka] - President pays homage at Mao Zedong Mausoleum

In reaction to an invite from Chinese President Xi Jinping, Sri Lankan President Anura Kumara Dissanayake, who is presently on a state check
out to China, checked out the exhibition hall on the history of the Communist Party of China today (15 )
Following this, President Disanayake went to the historical Prince Kungs Palace Museum in China, the Presidents Media Division (PMD)
reported.Later, he paid his respects by using flower homages at the Chairman Mao Memorial Hall, likewise called the Mausoleum of Mao Zedong,
committed to the founding leader of the Peoples Republic of China, according to the PMD.Minister of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Employment, and
Tourism Vijitha Herath, and Minister of Transport, Highways, Ports, and Civil Aviation Bimal Rathnayake, also participated in these
occasions.
