running a traffic signal at high speed before strongly hitting the ambulance.The victims were determined as paramedics Olga Lyubimova and
Belgorod citizens later positioned flowers at a makeshift memorial at the crash site.The ambulance chauffeur and all 3 guys in the passenger
vehicle were hospitalized
According to Pepel, the 3 guys are Russian soldiers from the republic of Dagestan.The chauffeur, 31-year-old Isa Abdurashidov, faces up to
seven years in jail if convicted of traffic safety offenses, according to a police statement shared by Pepel.
