further highlighted that no other private or foreign employment service is authorized to provide job opportunity under the E-8 visa
classification and for that reason prompted the general public to avoid supplying cash to such individuals or agencies.He made these remarks
while going to an occasion held at the Bureau today (25) to present air tickets to a group of youths who have actually been approved job
