concerns of illegal drugs need, supply and trafficking, monitoring the execution of worldwide conventions on narcotics, psychotropic
substances and chemical precursors, providing recommendations to reinforce worldwide drug control activities, helping with clinical research
and exchanging info, CND helps the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) of the United Nations in performing its jobs, and establish the
policies governing the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) activities, and its monetary resources.Zolfaqari is scheduled to
talk at a high level section, as well as hold bilateral and multilateral conferences with officials of the Narcotics Commission, the
