Israeli attack targeting employees for UK charity eliminates 9

INSUBCONTINENT EXCLUSIVE:
An Israeli drone attack has killed 8 volunteers working for the UK charity Al-Khair Foundation as they were setting up camping tents for
displaced Palestinians in northern Gaza.At least nine people, consisting of three reporters, were eliminated and several more wounded in the
attack in Gazas Beit Lahia, which targeted a relief group accompanied by reporters and photographers, according to Palestinian media, Middle
East Eye reported.Qasim Rashid Ahmad, creator and chairman of Al-Khair Foundation, informed the BBC the group remained in Beit Lahia on
Saturday to set up tents for displaced Palestinians.He said the cameramen were struck when they returned to their car, and minutes later on,
an Israeli drone targeted their employee who had actually rushed to the scene.Middle East Eye reached out to the Foreign Office for comment
however did not receive a response by the time of publication.The Palestinian Journalists Protection Center identified video editor Bilal
Abu Matar and cameramen Mahmoud al-Sarraj, Bilal Aqila and Mahmoud Asleem as having been killed in the attack.The center said that the
journalists were documenting humanitarian relief efforts for those affected by Israels genocidal war .Flagrant violation of international
lawHamas called the attack a dreadful massacre and a harmful escalation that shows [Israels] insistence on continuing its aggression and
disregard for all global laws and conventions

Shockat Adam said: My heart and inmost condolences head out to the Al-Khair Foundation following the stunning killing of their volunteers
and journalists in Gaza
I will be personally getting in touch with the charity, which has offices in my constituency and writing to the minister to demand an
independent and transparent examination into the facts
The secretary general of the Muslim Council of Britain, Wajid Akhter, stated: The killing of humanitarian workers is a flagrant infraction
of global law and must be consulted with unequivocal global condemnation
Israels allies have an ethical obligation to acknowledge these atrocities and take decisive action to ensure such severe breaches of
worldwide humanitarian law are given an end
We call upon the British federal government to condemn these actions in the strongest possible terms
