Melanie Joly as saying that China had actually executed 4 Canadian residents in current months on drug-related charges.Combating
drug-related criminal activities is the obligation of all nations, Mao pointed out.Stressing that the law treats everybody the same despite
nationality, Mao said the Chinese judicial authorities manage those cases justly in stringent accordance with the law
The lawful rights of the offenders and the consular rights of the Canadian side are fully secured as stated by the law, she added.
