media reports.Russias Emergency Situations Ministry said it got a call about a fire at the six-story structure still under building and
construction around 1:00 p.m
Authorities dispatched 70 firemens, who included the blaze within an hour and totally extinguished it quickly after.The fire emerged
throughout finishing deal with the leading floor and spread across 150 square meters (1,600 square feet), the Telegram news channel
