The UN Human Rights Office had earlier explained the execution of Qisas (retribution) against 4 people in the provinces of Badghis, Nimroz,
and Farah as being contrary to human dignity.According to the statement from the Supreme Court, the public execution of 4 individuals was
carried out based on the clear judgments of Sharia, credible proof, the confessions of the killers, and to reform society, uphold justice,
