NEW DELHI: In line with benchmark Sensex, the BSE Smallcap index was trading with small gains during Wednesday's trade
The smallcap index was 0.19 per cent up at 18,143 around 11:20 am (IST), while Sensex was 0.14 per cent up at 35,265
The NSE Nifty50 was 0.11 per cent up at 10,730 around the same time.
Shares of Deccan Gold Mines (up 17.60 per cent), Ruby Mills (up 13.05
per cent), VLS Finance (up 12.77 per cent) and Sintex Industries (up 10.95 per cent) surged over 10 per cent in the smallcap index.

cent) climbed up to 10 per cent.
