NEW DELHI: The domestic equity benchmark BSE Sensex was trading 559.93 points down at 35,113.32 on Monday on account of selling in frontline
bluechip counters.
Shares of Seasons Text (down 18.15 per cent) , Sree Sakthi Paper (down 15.81 per cent) , ASI Industries (down 15.66 per
cent) , Rathi Bars (down 14.37 per cent) , Shalimar Wires (down 13.86 per cent) , Dhoot Industries (down 11.30 per cent) , Ishaan
Infrastructures Shelters (down 11.25 per cent) , Modi Naturals (down 11.25 per cent) , Zodiac JRD MKJ (down 10.69 per cent) and Cosco
(India) (down 10.41 per cent) were among the worst performers.
NLC India (8.43 per cent), Adani Enterprises (6.45 per cent), Adani Power
(down 6.20 per cent) and NBCC (down 5.20 per cent), too declined around 6-8 per cent at around the same time
In the Nifty pack, 2 stocks were trading in the green, while 48 stocks were in the red
The Nifty index was trading 178.15 points down at 10,515.55 .
