Deepak Narayan from SriramPura mysore who is a tutor by profession in Mysore had visited Zagah Safehouse, property located in Whitefield,Bangalore. Despite all the amenities provided, Deepak did not complain anything during the Stay, after which Deepak made his way away from the Property. Couple of days later Deepak provided negative reviews. Per Zagah,The reviews that were made by Deepak are bunch of lies and here is how Zagah representative balanced the Feedback review as follows.

Dear Sir, We apologize for the inconvenience. Please note that when you arrived at property we have provided you Complimentary Drinks and Fruits. 4 Bisleri large water bottles were given to the guest of 2 people. We also called you the day before and during the travel dates to ensure safe checkin. The Room was pretty much cleaner when we handed it over to you. There were no complaints on the cleanliness whatsover during your stay. We had enquired the same with you and the answer was positive. As you had not informed us on kids, if informed we would have provided sanitary napkins which u have also not asked for, to ensure the property remains good for our next customers after wash. We have given you Complimentary ghee when asked for and also asked you if the kid requires complimentary milk. We have escorted you to the nearby mall by providing you privileged gatepass which makes you travel to the mall in 2 seconds, which otherwise is around 20 mins walk encircling route. To let you informed, even the tap water is more pure than the bottled packaged water. As the water is purified. Anyone can check this by taking a sample. The tap water also on heating doesnt leave salt, because of its purification process. No where in bangalore you will find a property lush of green trees and ambience and afterall pindrop silence.There is security of 3 levels to ensure you remain safe. When you had left flask and slippers, we have informed and returned back except for the slippers which you told that you no longer want to take it and can be discarded. You have overstayed additional 4 hours which we have not charged you even when guests had booked the room. The rooms were not clean and hygenic when u left wherin there was kids poop etc. which we had to give it for a complete cleaning. We were pretty much fine with this and you can bring in any number of kids next time when you visit us as there is no bar on kids in our property. I would sincerely extend our warm compliments. We shall strive hard with more benefits next time when you visit us. And we are sorry despite all this we could not keep you satisfied. We did ask you on breakfast which u mentioned that you have already ordered for it. We have our Restaurant nearby however we have not questioned you when you have ordered from ecommerce.
