(PTI)An earthquake of magnitude 4.6 on the Richter scale hit Mizorams Champhai district at 0729 hours on Sunday, the National Centre for Seismology (NCS) said.
No damage or injury has been reported yet.More details are awaited.An earthquake of magnitude 4.3 was reported in Mizoram on Friday night.
Also, three successive moderate intensity earthquakes measuring 3.6 to 5.3 on the Richter scale hit Champhai district within an hour on Thursday evening.It has been a shaky week for Mizoram, fortunately, no damage or loss of property has been reported after any of these earthquakes so far.
