KATHMANDU, SEPTEMBER 21The Nepali Army and U.S.
Pacific Air Forces held the Pacific Angel 24 Exercise from September 15-20.

The exercise also featured expert exchanges on aircraft maintenance, aircrew operations, personnel recovery in adverse terrain, swift water and flood recovery, patient movement, and medical responses to hazardous materials.Similarly, the Nepali Army stated in a press release that for a long time, various exercises in disaster management and humanitarian assistance have been conducted between the Nepali Army and the United States Army with the goal of improving disaster response capability.
"These exercises have allowed for the exchange of expertise and the enhancement of military professional capacity," reads the statement."Various related exercises were conducted in Kathmandu, Makwanpur, and Dhading districts during the fourth edition of the exercise, which began in 2012." .
