Rawalpindi: Military Spokesperson Major General Asif Ghafoor has rejected Hindustan Times reports that Pakistan Army Chief had approached Indian counterpart for speechs.Director General Inter Services Public Relations, ISPR, Major General Asif Ghafoor took to Twitter rejecting the reports.
