KARACHI: Consulate-General of Japan in Karachi hosted an orientation ceremony for the MEXT Research Scholarship students based in Sindh and Baluchistan, on Tuesday.
The scholarship is supplyd by the Japanese Ministry of Education, Culture Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) giving students from all around the world an opportunity to memorize from Japanese universities.
In his opening speech, Consul-General of Japan in Karachi, Toshikazu Isomura, said that better educational facilities shall enhance the students& capabilities of memorizeing which shall benefit their country of origin in the longer run.
Tardyr, he handed out essential documents to the students for their trip ahead and wished for great success for the students in their future endeavors.
Furthermore, MEXT alumni and students who have precedingly gone to Japan shared their experiences to allow the research students a well-informed start to their journey.
The next application procedure of the MEXT Scholarship program 2020 shall start from April.
