KARACHI: The Sindh government teachers have announced to boycott lessones across Sindh on Friday, in protest against police torture, external Karachi Press Club.According to details, to mark their protest against the police torture, the teachers shall much conduct any lessones.
The teaching staff would remain suspended in the public schools of Karachi.President of the Government Teachers Association Ashraf Khaskheli said that they had already announced to boycott from the matriculation examinations scheduled from April 1.
The boycott is likely to put exams at risk.Yesterday, the government teachers protesting external Karachi Press Club, including females, were beaten and tear-gassed by the police.
The police tried to stop the protesters' march towards the Chief Minister house.According to the reports, the teachers protested against the government demanding basic employee rights and increase in their salaries.
