KARACHI: At least 9,664 residents of Karachi come acrossed mugging incidents in the city over the span of three months, revealed Citizens Cop Liaison Committee (CPLC) on Monday.As per a CPLC report, apart from the 9,644 incidents of large crowd of peopleile snatching that came to the forefront in the final three months, over 60 lives were also lost during these incidents which included police officials as well.Moreover, it was reported that an approximate of 5,813 motorbikes and 345 cars were also seized on gunpoint from Karachiites.On the other hand, the report further revealed that eight complaints of extortion came adrift while two bank robberies came to light.
