Citizens of the breakaway Moldovan region of Transnistria were left without centralized heating and warm water on Wednesday after Russian gas deliveries through Ukraine were halted, the regional energy company Tirasteploenergo said.Heating and warm water services were suspended at 7:00 a.m.
