Russias Health Ministry has asked local health authorities to recruit doctors and nurses to operate in Moscow-occupied areas of Ukraine, according to an internal document released Thursday by reporter Dmitry Kolezev.Regional health officials are asked to supply a minimum of 10 individuals from each region for saving lives and peoples health in the Ukrainian areas of Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson, according to the file dated last week.The Kremlin claims to have annexed these four areas following referendums in the fall that were widely condemned as a sham.At least 200 doctors from Russias capital Moscow were also operating in shifts in health centers in Donetsk and Luhansk, the Moscow Mayors workplace stated in November.Specialists from Moscow, consisting of cosmetic surgeons, anesthesiologists and traumatologists, carried out over 3,500 surgical treatments and took around 11,000 patients as of November, Moscows authorities said.Russian authorities previously released a campaign to recruit vital workers for the restoration of eastern Ukrainian territories occupied by its forces and devastated by the war.
