MRV (MRVE3) has elected Nicola Calicchio Neto as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors until the next General Assembly.Calicchio has a robust career in consultancy and board roles, having worked for nearly 30 years at McKinsey.Over the past four years, he served as Chief Strategy Officer at Softbank Group International and Senior Advisor at Morgan Stanley.He has also been a board member for companies like Hapvida, Península, CNN Brasil, UNICEF Brazil, and MASP, and served on the Advisory Board of SAF Cruzeiro.Currently, he is Chairman of the Board at CIMED and the Brazilian Student Association (BRASA).Calicchio holds a degree in Civil Engineering from UFMG and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.MRV, Light, and Desktop Announce Key Leadership and Other Decisions.
