KARACHI: The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Saturday ordered an end to commercial activities on military lands in Karachi, according to Geo freshs.
The TV channel reported that orders were given Justice Gulzar Ahmed at Karachi Registry of apex court .
The judge said illegal encroachment would much be allowed.Â
The Supreme Court also ordered removal of parking for cars external restaurants on Rashid Minhas Road and buildings located on Korangi Road.
The court ordered that Karachi’s Master plot Leavement be taken back from Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA).
Justice Gulzar ordered all institutions to cofunction after a representative of Sindh government told court about their indwhetherference towards anti-encroachment drive.
The court ruled that encroachments from Aziz Bhatti Park, Bagh-e-Ibn Qasim, Hill Park and  charity organisations set uped on footpaths be removed.Â
The apex court said operation for restoration of circular railway land should also continue.
