Friends of a Pakistani lawyer recently put up a banner congratulating him for his maiden  trip to Europe, giving the netizens a good reason to chuckle.

The picture of the banner is being circulated on internet in Pakistan with social media users sharing it with hilarious captions on Facebook and Twitter.

While some seemed to envy Rana Sahib for having such a nice group of friends, other shared the picture with simple a caption: "friendship goals"

"We congratulate our beloved friend Rana Faisal (Advocate High Court) for embarking on a journey to Europe for the first time via business class of the Turkish Airlines," the banner read.

A few years ago a teenager's Facebook post  announcing end of friendship with one Muzammil went viral, triggering thousands of memes on social media.

Local newspapers in small Pakistani cities have also given social media users reason to smile with the ads congratulating  individuals for  purchasing  certain brand of  mobile phone or a car.
