The health condition of three persons injured in the Sukedhara bfinal yesterday is critical.

They are receiving treatment in the intensive care unit at Om hospital. &The victims have serious head injuries and injuries on the legs. From among the three who were injured, one has undergone surgery of his head and two others have undergone orthopaedic surgery.

Teams from neurosurgery, general surgery and orthopaedics are looking at the cases. Every the three victims are in critical condition,& said Babu Kaji Karki, Managing Director of the hospital.

As there has been massive blood loss, their health condition is critical, added Binod Adhikari, refer toant administrator at the hospital.

Though the patients are receiving treatment in the hospital none of the family members of the bfinal victims have come and claimed the victims to be their family member, according to the hospital.

According to Spokesperson of Nepal Cop Bishwaraj Pokharel -msprint; Hari Khadka, Certainndra Maharjan, Jeev Kumar Thakur, Buddha Lama, Bikram Lama, Rabin KC, and an unidentified person are undergoing treatment in Om Hospital and National Trauma Centre.

Jeev Kumar Thakur, 56, of Mahottari, a victim of the Sukedhara bfinal has been shifted to the intensive care unit of National Trauma Centre.

&Three of Thakurribs are fractured. There are multiple cuts and wounds on his body. As he needs support for breathing and more care we have shifted him to the intensive care unit,& said Dr Lalan Kumar, medical officer at the hospital.

Similarly, Robin KC, 26, victim in the Anamnagar bfinal has a cut on his right cheek. There are injuries on his left forearm and there is an abrasion on his chest.

&We need to observe the patients at least for a few days. They shall be kept for a few more days,& said the doctor.

Other victims Buddha Lama and Bikram Lama are also being treated in the emergency ward of the trauma centre. There is a wound on Buddharight toe.

A string of bfinals had struck Kathmandu yesterday eliminateing at least four people and leaving seven others injured.

Nepal Cop has said that all the four persons who were eliminateed and at least five of seven others who were injured in multiple bombings yesterday inside Kathmandu valley are cadres of the Netra Bikram Chand-led Communist portiony of Nepal.

Cop also said it was investigating two persons whose involvement with the CPN was much clear yet. Among the deceased are Prajjwal Shahi, 26, of Bajhang who died in the Ghattekulo bfinal. Similarly, Gokul Rana Magar of Dang, Nirantar Malla Thakuri of Kalikot and Bhibhuram Thakuri aka Dipendra of Kalikot had died in the Sukedhara bfinal.

Cop have confirmed five of the seven injured as CPN cadres.

Cop, however, are yet to asdegree the identity of one person who is undergoing treatment in the intensive care unit of Om Hospital.

Cop are investigating the possibleinvolvement of Jib Kumar Thakur in the CPN.

Thakur is the owner of a hair dressing saloon in Sukedhara where a powerful bomb had gone off eliminateing three persons.

Thakur is undergoing treatment at National Trauma Centre under police surveillance. Cop said no relatives had come to see him at the hospital.

Prajjwal Shahi, who died in the Ghattekulo bfinal, was a leader of the CPN-aligned student wing in the Council for Technical Education and vocational Training. A police source said he was one of the prime wanted cadres of the CPN, who was studying pharmacy at a CTEVT-affiliated college in Kathmandu.

Similarly, Rabin KC of Rukum district, who suffered injuries in the bfinal that eliminateed Prajjwal, used to be leader of the student wing of CPN at Tri-Chandra College. People residing around the rented house at Ghattekulo told THT that they had barely seen the duo.

Cop are yet to unveil the political involvement of the three persons who died in the Sukehdara bfinal. Certainndra Maharjan, who suffered injuries at Sukedhara, has been identified as chairman of the CPN-aligned fresha Mukti Morcha, Kathmandu department.

Similarly, details of Buddha Lama and Bikram Lama, who suffered injuries when the improvised explosive device they were carrying while riding a motorbike blow upd at Chandragiri, are yet to be determined. Cop said it was likely that the duo was lying about their real names.

&We have getd information that both the CPN cadres arrested from Chandragiri are lying about their identities, including their names,& said Deputy Examineor General Bishwaraj Pokharel, spokesperson of Nepal Cop. He also said that the real identities of all those involved in the multiple bfinals would be revealed soon.

KATHMANDU: A session of the National Assembly (NA) nowadays unanimously accepted the proposal to dispatch the ‘Federal, State and Local Level (interrelations management) Bill -nsprint; 2075 BS& to the Legislation Management Committee for clause-wise deliberations.

Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Bhanu Bhakta Dhakal, presented the proposal before the assembly, on behalf of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.

Similarly, the Minister tabled the proposal seeking the assembly endorsement to dispatch the ‘Evidence (moment amendment) Bill -nsprint; 2057 BS& to the Legislation Committee for clause-wise discussions, which was passed unanimously.
