KATHMANDU, JANUARY 5Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said government was sensitive to press freedom and journalists' rights. PM Dahal to seek vote of confidence on January 10 53 cases of press freedom violation Government is ready to move ahead by collaborating with Federation of Nepali Journalists (FNJ), he added. PM Dahal said it during a meeting with FNJ delegation on Thursday.

He further reminded that he had taken the premiership with the resolution to do something new to the country, so he was aware to not allow happen anything bad during his term.On the occasion, FNJ President Bipul Pokhrel wished PM Dahal, while holding the top executive post of the country for third time, became able to maintain good governance, development and prosperity and worked exemplarily on promotion of freedom of expression.Pokhrel also urged the PM to formulate law and policies by keeping in mind the press freedom.The FNJ delegation congratulated PM Dahal in the meet. .
