The Spokesman of District Police Range Kathmandu, Superintendent of Police Kumod Dhungel, confirmed the arrest of individuals involved in activities ranging from recruiting youths for the Russian army to arranging documents and visit visas.Six Nepali youths who joined the Russian army have already been confirmed dead in the course of fighting in Ukraine.
